Half Penny Meadows - Sage Housing
Half Penny Meadows is a large Taylor Wimpy site near Clitheroe. Our brief was to design the show house for shared ownership units on the site, sold by Sage Housing, appealing to a young family/first time buyer. The rural setting for the scheme was beautiful so we decided to go for a ‘Scandi’ influence with blues and natural materials giving warmth and some hints of earthy accent colours.
